Good Morning Paula,

I have a couple of short dreams as well as a question I want to pose,
hopefully someone can answer it for me.

Dream 1:

I was in a meeting and everyone seemed or appeared to be attentive to
what was going on. I sat in the second row and in front of me sat a
young youth pastor who had just been publicly disgraced by his pastor.
His wife had asked him, with the blessing of the pastor to move out of
his home and away from his children. His indiscretion was an addictive
one, that could have been resolved within his church leadership and
family. I reached my hand onto his shoulder and as he turned around, I
could see the bewilderment and pain in his eyes. I assured him that I
want to help and that I do not condemn him. As I looked up, his pastor,
who had been my families pastor earlier on in the year, stood at one
side and he glared at me as if to kill me with his eyes. The pastor was
so afraid that what we had to offer this young man, was more than what
he considered.

1Co 4:15  For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet
have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you
through the gospel.

I suppose with fathers’ day coming up on the weekend, this is the cry
from heaven!

Dream 2:

I was in a brick structured building and the walls, floor and ceiling
was sound and sturdy. Everyone seemed to be happy in that place and
walked and talked freely with one another. I decided to follow through a
door at the end of the building, and as I did I walked into a room,
somewhat like a building that was coated with lime paint. The paint was
peeling from the columns, the ceilings and the walls. I wanted to reach
out and start peeling one edge away, and realized that in doing this I
would have to spend a long time in that room as it all had to come off.
After a short while I reached out and started peeling off the paint
flakes, and it came off in long strips, revealing a solid building
underneath.

** This dream is revealing a solid and sound church although some
aspects of it have been tainted with the corruptible ways of the world
(lime coated paint peeling off). It is your father heart that desires to
immediately clean out such corruption from the church but the dream is
saying that it is not yet time. The dream is also saying that the time
is coming soon when you and the end time ministers you represent will be
allowed of God to cleanse the church (After a short while I reached out
and started peeling off the paint flakes).

Question:

I had a short dream where I sensed someone in the room. In my dream I
lay very still so as not to draw attention to myself. I realized the
person was in the room, because I could smell him. The next minute a
hand reached out onto my forehead and clamped around my head. The smell
in my nostrils was so strong that when I woke up I could still smell it.
The smell was very distinct: The hand was black and smelt of someone
that had sat around a wood burning fire outside for a very long time.

Is it possible for one to smell a person in a dream, or was this an
attack from an adversary? I actually woke up crying for help and my wife
had to calm me down.

** I know of dreams that were so intense and dramatic that the dreamer
thought that the dream was really happening. Here the senses have been
so heightened in the seeming reality of it all. I have woken up from
such a dream and thought that I was back in the country that I was born
in. It took a few seconds for me to work out that I was in Australia and
in the particular city that I now lived in. I am not surprised that your
sense of smell was very real so that it lingered when you woke up. Was
this just a dream or an actual experience of the presence of the enemy?
It could have been both. The spirit revealed its origin in its smell,
which was the smell of burning fire in Hell. I believe that the gift of
discerning of spirits does incorporate the sense of smell.

If the 3 dreams were received at about the same time then this dream
could also be saying that the gift of discerning of spirits will be
intensified in the end time ministers of God who have the father heart.

Subject: answer to investment prayer request

Hi Paula,

After our conversation on Thursday about the block of units we were
considering to purchase with my sister, I had this dream.

Dream on Friday the 27th Aug after asking Paula to pray for a dream
concerning an investment we were considering.

I dreamt that Paula received this dream, which he then related to me.

My children were swimming in the ocean with a group of people, when a
huge dugong/fish came out of the water and landed on my children.

Once Paula told me this dream I then interpreted the dream (in my dream)
to be saying not to go ahead with the investment.

With such a clear dream as this I don’t think that I am going to be a
property developer just yet.(grin)  Thanks for your advice and
conversation Paula.

Hi Pam:

I was just about to call you and suggest that I had a talk with both you
and husband Murray. I did have a dream after our conversation but I was
reluctant to tell you immediately because it was negative and you were
so keen. Basically it was about some well to do folks moving in on your
calm and assured home environment - rather like city folks invading or
bullying some country folks by moving in to buy properties in their
area. I guess this was also the message of the dugong from the sea
landing on your children on land. I suppose this fits the bill with
regards to the offer for partnership from your fairly well to do sister
and husband. I guess they knew that you had not used the equity on your
nearly paid off house for any investment. You are better off using it
for your own investment at your own level of comfort. Isn't the Lord
something else to speak to us like this concerning family investment.
