Dear Paula,
First of all thank you for your ministry. It has helped me so
much. I had this dream a couple of nights ago but I cannot get it off
my mind. A little background here, my husband is currently out of work,
we are in the process of looking for a church, have been in this area
for several years and basically know all the churches around. We are
open to God to place us in another church in the area but really feel no
direction to any of them. I am an intercessor so I have gotten dreams
that involved the body of Christ before. I am not sure if this is a
word of caution to the body of Christ or just for me and my husband.
Here is the dream.
My husband, Stan, and I along with some other friends were at this
big area of water. There was a road that separated the water thus
making it two large areas like a lake on both sides of the road. I
noticed it was extremely muddy looking, like a pond after a hard rain.
We were just sitting and talking when I decided to take a walk. I
looked down the road and saw water over a portion of the road but I felt
it was not too deep because there were people swimming and playing on
both sides of the road. So I said to the rest, "I'll be back" and
started walking.
Next I remember walking and the water starts to get higher and
higher on my legs. Then it is getting higher yet so I decided I would
need to swim a little ways even though I didn't want to get into the
water because it looked so dirty. There were lots of people playing in
the water, laughing, and yelling but I also noticed there were some
under the water. I remember looking as I would swim by thinking what
are these people doing. They appeared to be standing on the floor of
the lake but I could see their heads(they had brown hair), so I knew the
water wasn't very deep there. These people were still like they were
dead. A sense of caution came over me. I thought to myself, I have to
stay on top of this and keep swimming or I will drown in this yucky
water. I was swimming as I woke up.
When I woke from the dream I was singing in my heart "Forever God is
faithful, forever God is true". There is a song that has those words in
it but I can't remember it and can't find it here at home. I felt that
these might have something to do with the dream.
** In the language of the Spirit, a road that divides a body of water
like a bridge often portrays the meaning of Israel crossing River Jordan
(death ministry of the Cross) to the Promised Land (resurrection into
the Kingdom of Heaven). The Promised Land is the place of direct
fellowship and communion with God where hearing and doing the will of
God are predominant. Here, the will of God is done on Earth as it is in
Heaven. It is unto this ultimate purpose of God in creation that He is
forever faithful and forever true.
The dream is revealing how there is corruption in the outworking of the
ministry of the Cross within Christendom. Instead of ministering death
to self so that resurrection into the will of God is established, many
have substituted this death with the worldly life of self esteem (lots
of people playing, laughing and yelling in the water).
Luk 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, LET
HIM DENY HIMSELF, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
Luk 9:24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever
will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
The dream is revealing how those that will not embrace the death
ministry of the Cross will lose their promised eternal spiritual lives
in Christ (people seen in the water who were still like they were dead).
Thus, in your caution you sensed the spiritual death of those who
esteemed the carnal worldly life of the flesh at the expense of the
eternal spiritual resurrection life in Christ Jesus.
Gal 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the
affections and lusts.
Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
As for your singular resolve to follow Jesus (walked away from your
husband and friends), you must continue to swim across the death
ministry of the way/road and emerge further along the road to enter into
the Promised Land. To stop with many for the pleasure of self will in
mere religious life is to ultimately drown and be alienated from God
(die).
Gal 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our
Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto
the world.

Good Day Paula,
We trust that you are all well and enjoying His mercies, grace and love.
I have had several dreams in the last two weeks, and all were of white
buildings, and often, I either felt out of place in them or unwelcome
and even at a loss of what I am supposed to be doing in them. I have
enclosed two dreams of the several I had and would like your input.
Dream1:
Standing in front of a very bright white building. No other buildings
around, behind this building is a rail track and a proposal to in the
future build other buildings. The building was very remote and seemed
out of place where it stood. I went into the building and recognized
many of the people I worked with at a bank some 30 years ago. They all
appeared the same, except their offices were different. All the
furniture was ultra modern and except for me, I was dressed in white,
they had a shiny, shimmering like dress code.
** The large white building portray a different representation of the
old church order that has tended to be old and dilapidated buildings.
The white building together with the ultra modern furniture and the
shiny, shimmering like dress code could very well be addressing an
outward modern church expression that has a form of righteousness
(Godliness) but inwardly, it is yet of the old order (people you used to
work with about 30 years ago).
They all appeared to be happy to see me and quite willing to let me
carry on and do some work. I settled at the desk appointed to me, and
felt quite frustrated as I had no desire to do this work. I felt however
that I had to accommodate them as I had just returned from outside the
country. I left the desk and went upstairs and met previously known
colleagues. They all appeared friendly enough, except for two who
whispered some remark and laughed as they did. I ignored them and went
downstairs again. The supervisor appointed to me was frantic as they had
a deadline for the work I was scheduled to complete and they could not
find me. I suggested that they tell me in future what is expected of me
so that I can do the work on time.
** As a minister of the new end time church order you are uncomfortable
and frustrated in such a modern church. You cannot seem to be able to
fit into the hive of corporate business type activities taking place
there.
Dream2:
I again dreamt of a large white building. This time however there
appeared to be some damage at one end. I walked into the building and
noticed it had very long white corridors with people in white scurrying
about. They went in and out of rooms on either side of the passages.
** This is the same type of situation in an outward and corporate-like
modern church as in Dream 1.
I went into one of the rooms and noticed that someone was cutting into
another persons body. I shouted at him to stop, he turned around and
came at me with the knife. I ran back into the passage and he just stood
at the door and looked at me.
** The companion scripture to this passage of the dream reveals the fact
that such modern churches tend to have ordinances or obligations,
written or otherwise, that hold the people for the indulgence of a
religion that favors the carnal flesh nature. It is for this reason that
folks of the end time church order are uncomfortable and frustrated in
this company.
Col 2:20 If ye died with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why,
as though living in the world, do ye subject yourselves to ordinances,
Col 2:21 Handle not, nor taste, nor touch
Col 2:22 (all which things are to perish with the using), after the
precepts and doctrines of men?
Col 2:23 Which things have indeed a show of wisdom in will-worship, and
humility, and SEVERITY TO THE BODY; but are not of any value against the
indulgence of the flesh.
All the other people around were equally busy, doing nothing that
appeared important. I realized that to stay here would mean, being just
like them and I decided to rather get out as it was obvious that the
building and people were falling in disrepair.
** As has been pointed out every now and then, the presence of the old
and new church orders reside within the individual believer rather than
in any outward old or modern church denomination or group. Within
Christendom some churches are more of the old order rather than of the
new and vice versa. People of the old order are inwardly or spiritually
falling away from the Holy Ghost taught and Holy Spirit led life in
Christ.
2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by
spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ
is at hand.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not
come, except there come A FALLING AWAY first, and that man of sin be
revealed, the son of perdition;
Rom 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead
dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken
your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Rom 8:12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live
after the flesh.
Rom 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye
through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14 FOR AS MANY AS ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD, THEY ARE THE SONS
OF GOD.

Dear Pastor Paula,
Thank you for the interpretation, it would appear that God is
continually confirming His desire for us to establish His Kingdom here
on earth, in Spirit and in Truth. Not to give up and not to grow weary.
It would appear that many things will come to try and distract us,
however we need to focus on where He is leading us and not allow
detractors to cause us to stumble.
