Hi Pastor Paula,
I had a dream on October 11th.
In the dream I saw myself appearing next to a white house in the
countryside. In front it had a white picket fence and across the dirt
path on the right side was a red barn, typical of what you might see in
the east part of the USA. I had with me an empty coffee cup and one of
those belt bags hooked up on my left side filled with my earthly
possessions.
Two children were playing with three small red balls. One of the balls
bounced towards me and I caught it and then tossed it back to them. I
continued walking between the house and the barn and was suddenly
confronted by the mother who looked not at me with suspicion nor my bag
but at my coffee cup. I had to show her it was empty before she would
speak to me. I asked her if there were somewhere that I could find a
decent place to eat for I was hungry. She said that if I traveled down
town that I would find the Sirocco Steak House. I thanked her.
Immediately found myself in a border town between Mexico and the United
States.
At first all seemed normal. I passed a quick food burger joint but
continued on as I was hungry for meatier things. Then out of nowhere
Mexicans appeared and began pawing at me and everything that I owned. I
ignored them for they seemed no threat to me. I passed a bar filled with
people having a party and spoke to a harassed waiter standing by the
door of the bar. "Where can I find the Sirocco Steak House?" I shouted
loudly. He told me "Go down this street to the burger joint and turn
right..." I nodded my head but decided to explore a little further down
this radical street.
I came to a meat store and the owner opened this huge metal door as if
in invitation. Suddenly from all sides I was surrounded by Mexicans. Six
men in all. I was still not worried for this was me. I was protected by
God. After all none of their weapons were a threat to me. But the man
standing opposite of me opened his mouth and from his mouth he blew
forth jagged missiles. Like Jacks, the metal toy that children play with
a small rubber ball often red in color. The missiles struck about my
face and mouth. Still I was not afraid for I also had protection and
from my mouth came forth these same type of jagged missiles. For what
seemed a long time our missiles passed each other in the air. So I grew
to wonder and then I grew to fear for the mans breath seemed endless. I
stopped out of breath and my missiles stopped. I took another deep
breath and another volley of jagged missiles sought out their target. It
was seemingly to no avail for the barrage of missiles from this man did
not cease and my pain grew great. Then another man hit me over the head
from behind and all went black.
When I awoke I was groggy. It was a beautiful day, sunny and blue
skies. I lay on a quiet street having been dragged away from the scene
of the crime and there seemed to be green grass underneath me. I looked
at myself I was naked but for a few items of basic clothing. For some
reason they had left me with my socks but my coffee cup, my bag of
possessions, my pants were all stripped away. I looked to my left and
only inches away I realized there was another man there also stripped
down and naked as was I but still unconscious. I awoke.
After much prayer on this I believe God has showed me that I
represented the United States and this naked man to the left of me
represents Canada. I should mention I am an American but have lived in
Canada about half my life. I am including the meaning of Sirocco which I
found on the Internet. I had never heard the term before but it is found
in larger dictionaries just after Sirloin Tip. : ) the part that comes
from the hip of the beef though that might just be coincidental?.
Sirocco
(n.) In general, any hot dry wind of cyclonic origin, blowing from arid
or heated regions, including the desert wind of Southern California, the
harmattan of the west coasts of Africa, the hot winds of Kansas and
Texas, the kamsin of Egypt, the leste of the Madeira Islands, and the
leveche of Spain.
(n.) An oppressive, relaxing wind from the Libyan deserts, chiefly
experienced in Italy, Malta, and Sicily.
Another translation is
Sirocco(also called Jugo) is a south wind in the Mediterannean that
originates from the Sahara and similar North African regions. It arises
from a warm, dry, tropical air mass that is pulled northward by low
pressure cells moving eastward across the Med. Sea. The hot, dry
continental air mixes with the cooler, wet air of the maritime cyclone
and the counter clockwise circulation of the low propels the mixed air
across the southern coasts of Europe.
The Sirocco causes dusty, dry conditions along the northern coast of
Africa, storms in the Mediterranean Sea, and cold, wet weather in
Europe. The Surocco's duration may be a half day or many days. Many
people attribute health problems to the Sirocco either because of the
heat and dust along the African coastal regions or the cool dampness in
Europe. The dust within the Sirocco winds can degrade mechanical devices
and invade domiciles. These winds with speeds of almost 100 km/h are
most common during the spring.

** For a reasonable interpretation there is a need to identify the
relevant circumstances from your life at the time of the dream. You
mentioned that you and the man with you that had been mugged and robbed
represented USA and Canada but you did not develop this interpretation
from the vocabulary or language of the dream.
I wonder if you and the other man who were robbed represented George
Bush and John Kerry as you could have been praying about the USA
elections. If this is the case then the dream could be about illegal
immigrants (Mexicans) to America coming through the border with Mexico
(Immediately found myself in a border town between Mexico and the United
States). The dream may be showing that both presidential candidates
would best leave this illegal immigration issue alone for to pursue it
will be like sowing to the wind and reaping the whirlwind that you
researched. (going to eat at the Sirocco Steak House).
The illegal immigration issue involves the stark disparity between the

presidential candidates. There will be a large and violent protest from
the illegal immigrants and their supporters (But the man standing
opposite of me opened his mouth and from his mouth he blew forth jagged
missiles). Reactions to such demonstration of protest (I also had
protection and from my mouth came forth these same type of jagged
missiles) would only lead to defeat. (It was seemingly to no avail for
the barrage of missiles from this man did not cease and my pain grew
great. Then another man hit me over the head from behind and all went
black.)
On a more personal level, the dream may be addressing how one who is in
a position of power and privilege (you with money/possession bag and
cup) aught not to retaliate in kind to verbal attack from someone in a
less position of advantage (Mexicans). The latter has a habit of
resorting to violence as their only means of power.

I had these dreams in April and posted them with my interpretation on
our website, BiblicalDreams.com. I felt that I should share it with you
and see if you had any insight about them or at the least you might want
to share it with the rest of the "Body" via the D&V list. Please

Background: I had been praying for our country [USA] and seeking the
Lord about future events that may happen soon.
4/9/04 Dream / Experience: In the dream I was sleeping on the floor next
to my husband.a large cat laid down beside me as I slept. It was quite
fluffy but its fur was messy and dirty. For some reason it was trying to
get close to my face and in doing so it woke me up (in the dream). I
"
shooed" him off and tried to go back to sleep. Then I felt something on
my foot and look down and saw this cat again, it was messing with my
foot. It seemed so real that at this point I actually woke up! (we do
not have a cat) END
** The cat may represent a soiled prophetic ability (cat with messy and
dirty fur) that is affecting or seeking to influence your vision (face)
and walk (foot) in the ministry.
Next Dream: I soon went back to sleep and had this dream.My husband and
I were on some type of safari walking through tall grass in a place that
reminded me of Africa. I was behind my husband and to our left I saw the
head of a Lion above the tall grass and his body was hidden from sight,
I grabbed my husband and said "look, it's a lion." So we carefully
bypassed the lion and He just remained quiet and continued to watch us
but did not seem to be aggressive. Then I heard something and turned to
see a soldier that was sneaking up on us. We made our way around to a
clearing and suddenly a big Leopard ran up to me and I got a gun and
positioned myself to shoot it if it did not leave. It did retreat
briefly but came back at a great speed and this time I saw the soldier
also. Then I woke up. END
** The cat portrayal of the tainted prophetic is now greater (lion and
leopard) with reinforcement (soldier sneaking up on you) signaling the
need to address the situation. The two cats may represent the specter of
false dreams and visions.
( Note: I had this dream the same night...)
4/09/04 Dream: We were driving down the road and I saw a small crowd
that was watching a "lion act". There were no cages and no type of
protection between the crowd and the lions. The trainer had a whip and
the lions were commanded to walk to certain designated areas and sit
there and wait for further instructions. The first lion obeyed but as we
drove on past I saw that the second lion was somewhat rebellious and
went past the designated area about 5 feet and I was afraid that he was
going to leap on the crowd the first chance he got .END
