Hi Paula, We also had a momentary power outage just after midnight new years eve, in the greater Seattle area. Then Jan. 1st. morning all of my outgoing e-mail was dated 1/04/80 ! Yes, 1980 ! :-O hehe ....This caused me problems indeed, till my son was able to help me fix-it. whew !

FROM JAPAN Computer problems hit three systems associated with nuclear power plants that possibly had association with the year 2000 (CNN web site).

FROM AUSTRALIA There was some report on some areas of Brisbane, Australia blacking out for a short time after 12pm on New Year’s Eve which were suspected of being Y2K related.

Hi There, I hope your Christ's day was a blessed as ours. I had a short but vivid dream on Dec. 22nd. Prior to this time I had been sensing the Spirit stronger and stronger and grieving for His Presence. I have started weeping in many places, all I seem to have to do is think on Him. He is pressing in on us to receive His compassion in our souls to be His servants. (Heb. 4) I dreamt that I was fellowshipping with numerous friends. I then had a longing to go walk and commune with Holy Spirit, as I love to do. I walked down the stairs, out the door and into an Old Western Town. Saloons, plank board walks, hotel, the whole scenario. I saw the dirt road going down the middle of the town and the window railings on the building beside me, to my left. I turned around and saw that I had just walked out of a Blacksmith's, it was only one-story and I had just been on the second floor. It was also in the middle of the Town.

Then all of a sudden there was shouting and celebration all around and I realized it was New Year’s Eve. Then all the lights went out and there was intense darkness, so dense you couldn't see anything. Then those around me began to light candles holding them up, no one had flashlights or anything like that, just candles ( not even kerosene). I asked the lady next to me if she had an extra one. There was only murmuring as we stood there. Then there was light, I knew it had only been dark for 5 minutes. I don't how, but I just knew that. End. Later I realized I didn't see any people in the old western town, I only heard them, even the cowboy boots on the plankboards. ===================================

REPORTS SO FAR ON COMPUTER RELATED GLITCHES FROM AROUND THE WORLD that may be fulfillment to Paula’s dream posted on D&V List No.379.

FROM GAMBIA, AFRICA There were general national disruptions that were Y2K related (TV News).

FROM SINGAPORE Two financial institutions had computer problems that may have been Y2K related (TV News).

FROM HONG KONG Ten small Hong Kong companies reported minor hardware or software problems that were possibly caused by Y2K (CNN web site).

FROM SOUTH KOREA A Y2K related computer problem hit the heating system of an apartment complex in Pyogchon (CNN web site)

FROM JAPAN Japan’s information-communication industry was hit by four problems that were year 2000 related and which were fixed quickly (CNN web site).

Tohaku Usen Hoso which operates a cable-radio system in Tonaku town was unable to transmit agri-meteorological information (CNN web site).

FROM THE USA Pentagon first denied and then admitted that they had a Y2K related communication breakdown with a spy satellite (TV News)

Microsoft had glitches with its Consumer Internet Services and the Hotmail Internet E-mail Service but only the latter was officially Y2K related (CNN Web site).

A customer was charged $91,250 late fee after computers showed the tape was 100 years late (CNN web site).

Employees at a video rental store in Florida used pen and paper because the computer failed (CNN web site).

DREAM BY PAULA I was on the road in the vicinity of my high school in Fiji early in the morning just after midnight. I just found myself there. Suddenly a group of about four or five Europeans came down from the hill on their way in the direction of the town. Because of the strange time to be on the road I tried to keep from alarming them by my presence. I thought that they must be on to something strange too.

· Strange time after midnight to be on the road - Alert for Y2K bug post midnight 31st December, 1999. · Dreamer - Being prophetic I could be representing folks who are experts in dealing with the Y2K bug. · Group of Europeans - Those who use computers in being technologically advanced.

As they walked past me I unobtrusively joined them. As we turned to the road on our left I walked beside the lady who was in the front. I felt to just follow her and not to take the lead from her. Trees that had been blown down in a storm were lying across this road and we had to walk around the fallen trees.

· Trees across the road blown down in a storm - Midnight rollover Y2K bug storm will have significant repercussions which will affect communication and travel.

· We had to walk around the fallen trees - Disruption to communication and travel will be negotiated.

We came to a large rock pool and the lady with me chose to walk to the right. As I looked ahead I saw that this will only come to end at the rocks on the side of the pool. I followed her knowing that the others would go to the left and be able to get to the other side and to the settlement where we were going. When the lady came to the rocks she could not go any further. I saw that the rocks were unstable and called out to warn her. Before she could turn around the rocks began to fall into the rock pool and she was falling with them. I lunged towards her, picked her up and jumped into the pool in front of the rocks in order to avoid them hitting us. To my amazement I was able to hold her up in the air and I was able fly to the other side of the pool so that she would not be wet. On the other side we continued our journey towards the settlement where we were going.

· Perhaps the large rock pool is symbolic of another form of disruption caused by the Y2K bug, rather like ponds on a golf course. Making the wrong choice in failing to heed warnings from experts will bring some to a dead end (shut down). Those who heed the warnings will walk on relatively unhindered. Those who will come to a dead end will be helped speedily at the hands of the experts. ===================================

STATEMENT ON THE OTHER Y2K DREAMS ON D&V List Nos. 378 and 379 by Paula.

As the main interpreter and moderator of the D&V List, I would like to state that divinely given dreams and visions in the sleep and trance states can be misinterpreted or misapplied with regards to time of fulfillment. One or both of these factors have been given with regards to the rest of the dreams on the List in question by me! IN REFERENCE TO TERI MURRISON’S DREAM POSTED ON D&V LIST NO.380 IT MAY BE THAT IN THIS DREAM THE REASON HER STEERING WHEEL KEPT TURNING TO THE RIGHT TOWARD THE BATTLESHIP is because that is the direction God is wanting his apostles and prophets to go. Re: D&V List No.380 THE NEW DIRECTION FOR THE MINISTRY HAS TO DO WITH WARFARE IN THE SEA OF THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD in the end time Army of the Lord which has been ordained of old (warships in mothballs). Dream by Teri Murrison submitted on 17th Dec. 1999.

In another dream (Oct. 99) I am driving home on a flat rural road about 45 minutes from my house. I come to a stop sign and look ahead of me to the right and left. On both sides of the road there is water covering the fields. The left side is open water. On the right side, tethered with ropes, are large ships - military ships apparently in mothballs (storage). I continue on straight ahead however a dense fog descends ahead of me that is the same color as the water. I cannot tell where the road, fog, and water end or begin. I look into my rearview mirror and see a California Highway Patrol (state highway police) car stopped at the stop sign behind me. I am disappointed when it turns to the left and cannot help me. My steering wheel wrenches to the right. I fight to keep it straight and I awake with a start.

INSIGHT BY CHERYL BULLARD Paula, I think this particular dream seems to confirm what I just sent you in relation to my arrow dream (which was also reposted in the latest D&V). I stated that it may be that the Apostles are now being called on to operate in the supernatural gifts of the Spirit in casting out demons to unify the Spirit in the body (individual) and Body (corporate). Well, this particular dream by Teri seems to confirm it.... The battleship in MOTHBALLS may be referring to this particular gift which has seemingly been in storage and not used, or not used effectively, by most of Christendom. It may be that in this dream the reason her steering wheel kept turning to the right, toward the battleship, is because that is the direction God is wanting his apostles and prophets to go. The highway patrol, representing the lawgivers of this world, the religious Pharisees of today, will not recognize this power and in fact, will go the opposite direction.

PREVIOUS EMAIL AND INSIGHT Thank you so much for the recent interpretation of my dream of Dec. 19 (the one about flying through the air holding an arrow with my son holding on to me, etc.). Your interpretation that my son represented the apostles seems also to ring true with another point in the dream we overlooked. Recall that I said that when we went into the water I started 'breathing' the water (supernaturally), but my son began to struggle some. It occurred to me that the recent "struggling" that occurred at the Apostle's Gathering may be what that is talking about. If so, it indicates that the prophets will help direct and work closely with the apostles (prophets holding the arrow in the will and purpose of God with the apostles closely connected with them). =======================================

GUIDELINES TO THE POSTING OF DREAMS, VISIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS ON THE D&V LIST.

In the D&V List we only want to focus on what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches in dreams and visions of the sleep state, in visions of trance states induced by God and in divinely given "open vision." The two primary aims for the D&V List are:

1. DECLARATION - Declaring what the Spirit is saying to the churches in Dreams and Visions. 2. DISCIPLESHIP - Teaching Christians to discern the teaching of the Holy Spirit in the interpretation of Dreams and Visions.

Please send in Dreams and Visions that will serve these purposes for the glory of God.

With regards to interpretation, we welcome possible interpretations, alternative meanings, corrections and additions. However, there will be a flow in agreement of that which the Lord is saying in dreams and visions from around the world at particular times. Generally, postings on the List will be done in harmony with the flow of this River. Accordingly, God given dreams and visions need to be interpreted from the content and "vocabulary" of the dreams and visions themselves.

Interpretations must also be made in relation to the whole dream or vision and not to just an isolated part thereof. In this way the D&V List postings will try to avoid any particular doctrinal bias which have no credible relation to the dreams or visions posted. Thus, in order for interpretations and comments from mails to be posted, they will have to contain credible witness from the whole dream or vision and from relevant scriptures.
