Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,
I have been studying the book Dreams n Visions in the night prayerfully
trying to make sense of a recent dream I had. I found your email address
as a listing
in the bibliography of the book. I have asked the Spirit what does the dream
mean in it’s fullness and sought the advice of two others who gave me
similar but different interpretations. I would like for you to assist me in
your version of what it means.
HERE IS THE DREAM:
I was in a house with some people that I knew (the house being owned by
a woman), in the backyard with very green grass. We left the backyard
to go
back inside
the house, when back in the house I remembered I had left to go back outside
to retrieve what I had left (no one knew I had left).
While walking towards where I had left the thing in the backyard, I noticed
there were green grapes in the grass in my pathway (they started popping
up all around and in my pathway). These grapes were not here before when
we first
came out into the yard. I looked at them and started picking them up
eating them and putting some in my pockets.
I was curious about where they came from so as I continued to walk in
the yard; I ran into the source of the grapes. There was a big beautiful
vine
tree in
the middle of the yard slightly to the right. The vine tree looked
like it was made of sturdy oak and was full of big and medium clusters
of
grapes in green with some being purplish/red hanging from branches
(there were
single
colored purple/red grapes in the grass too).
I said to myself “ wow I don’t have a knife to cut down me a branch
of clusters so I guess I will just continue to pick up these single grapes
on the grass”. I proceeded to turn around and walk back to the house,
when just to the right of me in front of me, there was a branch of clustered
grapes neatly package waiting for me to pick them up. I picked them up and
was careful not to bruise them because I knew they would not fit in my pocket
(I carried them in my hand).
I went back inside the house and asked the owner of the house (the
woman) about the grapes in her yard. She just said to me that if
they were purple/red-they
were not ready to eat; but if they were green then they were good
to eat…I
did not tell her I had already eaten some and that they were sweet and juicy.
However, I was relieved to hear the green ones were okay to eat…I did
not eat the others.
The woman however never did answer the question of why we did not
notice or see these grapes when we were outside before. The woman
did not
seem thrilled that I discovered the grapes but she did not speak
against me
finding the
grapes.
Then I showed her and the others the cluster of grapes I had
in my hand as proof. O, yes on the cluster were some purple/red grapes
but primarily
they
were green. I then woke up out of the dream and had the strong
sense
to turn to Numbers. 13 and read the story.
I have never dreamed about grapes in all my 20 years of salvation,
and I checked to make sure that I was not influenced by any outside
sources
such
as food,
television, events etc. I truly believe this was a dream from
God and need help putting it all together. Thank you for your
help
in whatever
capacity.
** A quick look at the dream shows the highlighting of abundant
grapes or fruit of the Promised Land (Num 13). The New Testament
fruit of
the vine
speaks of
the provision of Jesus in His blood of the Cross of Calvary
(Bread and Wine communion). Most likely therefore, the vine tree of
your dream represented
Jesus Christ who is the Tree of Life. Thus the tree also represented
the Spirit of Christ or Holy Spirit that Jesus sent to be with,
and be in all
who believed
in Him. Now we can look at particular personal reference to
you
and to Christian
households from the dream.
We are acutely aware of the end times in which we live and
should also be aware of the corresponding work of God within
Christendom.
(See
articles on my web
site: http://members.optusnet.com.au/~daystar48/) We know
that the ultimate Promised Land is God Himself and He is drawing
every believer
to Himself – to
know Him and be taught and led of His Spirit.
Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come,
he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak
of himself;
but whatsoever
he shall
hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things
to come.
It could be that you have recently determined to seek to
know God more than ever before and the dream represented
encouragement
for
you. Your
dream is
akin to Israel in the wilderness being encouraged to
go and possess the Promised Land. Under the New Testament
Covenant,
the way
was made through
the sacrificial
death and resurrection of Jesus who then sent the Holy
Spirit.
Joh 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient
for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter
will
not come
unto you;
but if
I depart, I will send him unto you.
Like the spies of Moses who discovered the fruit of
Old Testament Promised Land, you have been called
to partake
of the fruit
of New Testament
Promised Land and to encourage others to find it
in themselves (their own backyards).
(Then I showed her and the others the cluster of
grapes I had in my hand as proof.) The message of your dream
therefore agrees
with
what
the Spirit
is
saying to the churches in recent times.
1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received
of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any
man teach
you:
but as the
same anointing teacheth
you
of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and
even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
1Jn 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him;
that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence,
and not
be ashamed
before
him at
his coming.
The dream did show that, as it was with many in
the camp of Israel with Moses, not all Christians
will
readily
welcome your encouragement
to
go in and possess
the Land. (The woman however never did answer
the question of why we did not notice or see these
grapes when we
were outside
before.
The
woman did
not seem
thrilled that I discovered the grapes but she
did not speak against
me finding the grapes.) This should not discourage
you as you have been
told beforehand.
Jud 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God,
looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ
unto eternal
life.
Jud 1:22 And of some have compassion, making
a difference:
Jud 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling
them out of the fire; hating even the garment
spotted
by the
flesh.
Jud 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep
you from falling, and to present you faultless
before
the
presence of his
glory with
exceeding joy,
Jud 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour,
be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both
now
and ever.
Amen.

Subject: RE: Need Interpretation of Dream
Received: Tuesday, 23 February, 2010, 11:53 AM
Yes, yes brother Cavu,
Before the dream took place, a few days earlier, I was driving down a country
road from Wal-mart crying out to God concerning my walk with him. I was talking
with him about my troubles concerning spiritual progress; finding another
church home; wanting to own my personal home and what he wanted me to do
concerning
the ministry for him. Recently I found it hard for me to get into his word
and study like I use too and witnessing like I use too (I was very troubled
and wondered if I was even connected to him anymore). I recently had to leave
a church of where I was a minister in the pulpit; having to leave because
I could no longer go along with the things that were being practiced or
taught
(most was tradition and doctrine of men). All of these things had been weighting
heavy on my soul for some time now .
One of the other interpreters said that she believed God was letting me
know that he will provide for me as he has always done spiritually
and that everything
was alright between him and me. That I needed to trust him more now than
ever; spiritually and naturally, because he is doing things in my life
that he has
never done before. In other words there is no past experience or point
of reference to draw from except that of the word. The other interpreter
(female)
said that
God was getting ready to prosper me in ways that I have never seen before;
a state of increase in every area; spiritual and natural. That I would
have overflow, enough to give to others.
Both, seem to have resignated with my heart but the first interpretation
seems to ring out more. My first sense was that God was encouraging me
and letting
me know everything is okay, he has me and that he is going to bless me
spiritually all the more; the ministry he has for me will manifest and
he is going to
bless me with my new home. Don’t worry just trust him all the more! However,
there was something still tugging at me like there was more to the dream than
that. I realize after your interpretation that there was more…you filled
in the missing pieces….there is a sense of awesome peace. I will however
continue to meditate on him, his word and the dream. Please feel free to add
if you believe God is leading you to share more. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
FOR THE WORD SAYS “WISDOM IS THE PRINCIPLE THING; THEREFORE GET WISDOM:
AND WITH YOUR GETTING, GET UNDERSTANDING.” (Prov. 4:7)

P.S. I noticed on your website that the last entry on Jan 31. 2010 to
the churches is that there will be no more utterances through this
website (paraphrased). Is this true or did I misunderstand? If so,
is God using
you to bless us
in
some other ways….how do we continue to contact you?
