No compromise with gods of the world
D&V List No.1376
Date: Monday 18 January, 2010
Dreamer: Pastor Hennie Roetz
Dream:
I was standing on the shore of a blue lake of water, my two sons were horsing
around on a hill behind me. My wife was standing at the shorefront and she
bent down to pick up a log of wood, sitting in a pile at the waters edge.
The next scene, we were inside of our home, and the pool of water was now
a muddy brown color. My wife stepped to the edge of the water, and my thoughts
were: “She does not like being near a body of water, why would she step
in?”
She did step in and disappeared immediately. I ran to the edge and jumped in,
and unlike other bodies of water, there was no gradual decline, but it was
like a round pit, the sides were vertical drops.
I swam around and saw a long block of wood drifting in the water. To the
right of me, I could see the outline of my wife as she frantically
tried to get to
the top. In real life she cannot swim, and I knew I had to get to her to
help her. As I swam toward her, she made the most awful gurgling sound
as if she
was swallowing water. I was frantic and swam towards her, and started pushing
her to the top.
I then woke up, and immediately started praying over her as she lay sleeping
next to me.
** The dream may be saying that all will be well with you as long as you
are directly taught and led of the Spirit of God portrayed by the blue
lake of
water before which your family were in the dream. We understand this to
be the situation with the New End Time Church Order (NETCO).
However, if you compromise or take up an alliance with dead wood (Old Church
Order) piled at the edge of the clear blue water in the dream, then all
will not be well with you (muddy brown water and spouse struggling to survive).
Jos 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this
day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that
were on
the other side of the flood, or THE GODS OF THE AMORITES, IN WHOSE LAND
YE DWELL: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Isa 8:11 For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed
me that I should NOT WALK IN THE WAY OF THIS PEOPLE, saying,
Isa 8:12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say,
A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
Isa 8:13 SANCTIFY THE LORD OF HOSTS HIMSELF; and let him be your fear, and
let him be your dread.
Isa 8:14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and
for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare
to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
