Yesterday (10th April 1997), I began to write up the articles for the new additions to Daystar Ministry's web site. I was contemplating having a 'Dreams and Visions List' which will operate by e-mail and which will be devoted exclusively to proclaiming what the Spirit is saying to the saints world wide in supernatural dreams and visions. By supernatural dreams and visions I mean that "dreams and visions" received in the conscious state through journalling or visualization are excluded.

Christians from all over the world can send in their dreams and visions with or without the interpretations. We will interpret those that have not been interpreted and we may also give Daystar's interpretation to interpreted dreams and visions if necessary. Dreams and visions concerning the Church and what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches is basically what the List is about. Dreams and visions of a personal nature may not be included in the moderator's posting to the group but we will gladly help to interpret them. If a personal dream or vision also has application to the churches then it may be included in the posting to the group provided the dreamer or "seer" approves.

The moderator's posting to the folks on the List will not necessarily be for each dream or vision. It is only when a distinct and significant message or theme has been established that a posting to the group will be done. That is, the moderator's posting to the group will not be on a regular basis.

2. the date you received the dream.

3. possible circumstances concerning the dream; e.g. what you have been praying about or associated with at the time.

4. your interpretation if known.

After contemplating the List yesterday, the family asked for God's guidance last night and I received a dream this morning (11th April 1997). Yesterday I had started writing about the waves of the outpouring of God's Spirit in the present revival or renewal.

The dream spoke of the List as a new ministry (new island). It was going to be a resource center for education and research in the area of dreams, visions and prophecy (three storey building). For example, research into the meaning of the waves of the outpouring of God's Spirit can be undertaken using the dreams and visions of the List.

Interest and involvement is going to come from the nations of the world (research university for international students and workers). Hence the List will also provide fellowship for Christians worldwide.

I was looking at this flat land area surrounded by hills on an island. I could see that a large building was being constructed at the far end of the land. The rest of the land was clear.

I then understood that I was in Fiji (land of dreamer's birth) and that this island was, in fact, a new discovery. It was as if the island had just come up in the midst of the other islands.

There was a rush by the government's education and scientific research departments to go to the new land on the new island. This was a great opportunity for them to get out of the congestion they were in and to go and get freshly established there.

There was a grab for the land and the different departments were building on whatever land they desired and required. The feverish grab for land and desire to build as soon as possible was due to the fact that the government authority was going to come in and take control of the land development. Everyone wanted to be established before the government authority moved in. The land was quickly filled. I saw just one high three storey building. All the other buildings were low and inconspicuous.

I walked into a scientific research center and in it I saw a section of the sea which was being studied. Waves of the sea were coming into the center on the right hand section as if they were continuing from the sea. A couple of scientists in their white laboratory coats were studying the sea and I knew one of them. The scientist I knew had left his former position to come and work on this project. There was a feeling that this was an important research project.

Then the whole area had turned into an international education research center where students and scientists from different nations were being involved. The whole area was coordinated like a University.

It was now lunch time and we all had to make our way to the huge dining hall. I noticed that folks would tend to sit only with their colleagues from their nation. I determined that I would sit with different folks from different countries so that I could meet new folks and fellowship with them.
