It was on the night of 7th Sept. 1980 when I received a dream in which I was being shown a map of a country. There was light all along the outline of the map of the country but only one light was shining from a spot in the north-west sector of the country.
I just knew that I was being called to go to this country even though I was not familiar with it. This caused me to panic somewhat and I began to protest to the Lord. I said that I had only come to the Lord last year and that I had not read the Bible right through yet. I said that I had not even been to Bible College and what about the hundreds of people in our church who have been Christians for a long time? Why didn't He send them instead? The Lord answered me audibly and said, "For it is not you that goeth but I." When I heard this I woke up.
I was only a young Christian and although I was in awe at hearing God directly, I couldn't understand what He had meant. I got to thinking that I was the one who would have to quit my job and I was the one who would have to catch the plane and fly over to this country.
The next morning I got out a map of the world in order to see which country I had seen in the dream. I had thought that it looked like Africa but when I saw the map of the world it was clear that it was India. The light in the north-west sector was the city of New Delhi. After two days of pondering the words of the Lord in the dream, an understanding suddenly dawned on me. The Lord was simply looking for a vessel through whom He would do His will and His works. Well, I was so happy that I cried out to the Lord, "If that is the case then send me anywhere and I will go!"
I quit work at the end of 1980 in obedience to the word of the Lord in a vision and I attended full time Bible College in 1981. My whole life and finances were now at the behest of the Lord. I joined a missionary discipleship group based in New Delhi in 1982 and after 6 months of discipleship training, I stayed on in India for another year and a half with the missionary group. My walk with the Lord was always intimate and special and the Lord did many mighty things through this spiritually young and green vessel.
This letter is from Rev.S.P.Kachchhap, an executive member of The Assemblies of God of North India (AGNI). This letter was written to a senior pastor in Brisbane, Australia.
"We had a feasting of the spiritual manna from 12th to 17th Dec.93 in Ranchi A. O.G.Church. It was a time of great refreshing and inspiration. During the ministering of Br.Paula Cavu in the seminar. He led us through deep teaching concerning dreams and visions backed up by the Word of God. He encouraged everyone of us to hear directly from God for which he explained dream and vision is a convenient means.
He is out to proclaim the advent of a Prophetic Church which will be equipped with all spiritual gifts and fruits of the Spirit during the last Church era. He has a discernment of Spirit which he used here for admonition and edification of the church.
BY THE END OF THE SEMINAR MANY STARTED RECEIVING DREAMS AND VISIONS. MANY WERE WRITTEN DOWN AND STILL THERE WERE MANY JUST VERBALLY TOLD. EVERYBODY FELT THE PRESENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT DURING WHOLE OF SEMINAR. THOUGH IT WAS NOT A SUITABLE TIME FOR SEMINAR IN NATURAL SENSE IT WAS GOD'S APPOINTED TIME TO BLESS US.
We wish he comes back again next year. We will try to include other churches also by having the seminar in large scale."
This is a portion of Rev. Kachchhap's letter which he wrote in August 1996. Here again is the confirmation that all believers can hear from the Lord in dreams and visions.
"I QUITE RELY ON SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE THROUGH DREAMS AND VISIONS. DREAMS AND VISIONS GO MUCH AHEAD OF OPEN PROPHECY. WE DO ENCOURAGE PROPHECY BUT WE WANT TO GO DEEPER WHICH SOMETIMES IS FULFILLED BY VERY ORDINARY MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH."
Jesus appeared to a village convert to confirm the teaching of the seminars

I had been teaching at the leadership seminar on how all believers can hear God directly and intimately for themselves. It didn't matter whether they were white or black, educated or uneducated, or whether they were from a village or from a town. All believers were worthy and could partake of the hidden manna in the scriptures and in dreams and visions because it is the Holy Spirit who reveals them unto us (Rev.2:17, 1Cor.2:7-13).
A recently converted Hindu lady was staying with her family in the servant's quarters of the house I was staying in. The family was converted to Christianity in their village and they were subsequently forced out of the village. The lady was a very quiet and humble person and was always faithful in all that she did. She had been attending the seminar with the lady of the house.
SHE WOKE UP ON THIS PARTICULAR MORNING AND DECIDED TO GET UP AND PRAY. AS SHE WAS PRAYING SHE SAW A VISION WHICH ASTOUNDED HER. SHE SAW A GREAT HARVEST OF GOLDEN GRAIN ON THE GROUND. AS SHE LOOKED UPON IT, SHE SAW A GOLDEN THRONE COMING DOWN FROM HEAVEN AND WAS PLACED ON THE TOP OF THE GRAIN HARVEST. THEN SHE SAW JESUS CHRIST, DRESSED IN A BRILLIANT WHITE GARMENT, COMING DOWN FROM HEAVEN TO BE SEATED ON THE GOLDEN THRONE.
JESUS HAD A GOLDEN POT WHICH HE OFFERED TO THE LADY. SHE HESITATED AND SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT WORTHY. JESUS SAID, "DAUGHTER, TAKE AND EAT." THE LADY THEN BEGAN TO SAY THAT SHE WAS FROM THE VILLAGE, SHE WAS POOR AND THAT SHE WAS NOT EDUCATED. JESUS INSISTED THE THIRD TIME, "DAUGHTER, TAKE AND EAT" AND THEN THE VISION LEFT HER.
There was a big commotion outside the window when I was having breakfast. The lady of the house had rushed in with the lady who got the vision. They were both excited and crying when they related the vision to me. I related to them how the Lord had appeared to the lady to confirm the teaching at the seminar yesterday.
The golden pot contained the manna that was hidden in the ark of the covenant, together with the two tablets of The Law (Heb.9:4). This spoke of the hidden manna of Old Testament scriptures as well as the hidden manna of parables, symbolism and metaphors of prophecies, dreams and visions. The lady shared the vision at the Sunday church service and the whole congregation was in awe and wonder at this special visitation to a humble and quiet village lady.
Village ministers who attended the seminars raised the dead

We conducted seminars and night meetings in the town of Jabalpur and in the state of Madhya Pradesh at the end of October 1995. There were manifestations of demons during the preaching of the power and ability of the glorious Prophetic Church at the time of the end. This is a portion of a letter from Rev. Kishan Singh ( AOG superintendent for the State and General Secretary for AGNI) which he wrote in January 1996. The seminars were conducted in his church.
"Last month I took a team from here for the outreach work and went to those areas of tribal people where you are supporting financially. Brother Paula I want to remind you of your dream or vision you had many years back about the forest people and tribal people and now I can say that this is the same place which God had shown you…There is much opposition for the conversion from the RSS and BJP and they are trying their best to stop the work of the Lord.
BUT LET ME TELL YOU THAT ONE OF THE TRIBAL HINDU GIRL HAD DIED AND PEOPLE WERE TAKING HER DEAD BODY FOR BURNING AND THE SAME TIME OUR PREACHERS WENT AND PRAYED FOR THE DEAD GIRL AND THANK GOD FOR HEARING AND ANSWERING THE PRAYERS AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES GOD RAISED THAT GIRL AND THOSE HINDU TRIBAL PEOPLE ACCEPTED THE LORD."
This is a portion of Rev. Singh's next letter which he wrote in February 1996.
"There in Vicharpur and Fadki was a great problem as some political and some RSS people tried their best to stop the people to come to the church and they had brought the weapons to injure our people but only could stop from worship. They need much prayers. There one girl had died who was from these enemies and from 5a.m. to evening 5p.m. her dead body was lying there. Our people prayed and she became alive but still the people are trying to harm the church. Kindly pray for these places."
