Dear Paula,
I need help with a dream I had. Normally my dreams do not cause this fear and
anxiety as this one did. Will you please be so kind as to pray with me and
help me to get rid of this uncertainty and fear.
A little back ground to explain why I think fear is trying to lay hold
of me:
My son is the founder of a Youth Ministry – the start up as well as progress
was extremely powerful. Yet without knowing it the enemy came in and all the
senior posts were filled with people that make the right sounds but could not
live up to the standard; even confronted with fraud and all that bad behavior.
Now this was going on since June 2008 and still the matter is not solved yet.
When the sickness of the inside came to light the chairman of the board
took over and this is where major changes took place. My description
is that he
tried to highjack the ministry; it was and still is a battlefield that
is not clear. New management brought new enemies. The old spirit is
still working
and whatever change is made gets overwhelmed with the same type of spirit.
The senior leaders under whom he submitted guided him through the process.
He worked with them in the detail, never doing anything against what
they proposed. I myself do not know except through power from the Holy
Spirit
how it was possible
for him to keep on keeping on in the midst of all the turmoil.
Whatever happens this I know, he is growing out of it in a total different
person and the spiritual growth is something which is what I do not have
words to write down on paper.
THE DREAM
Last night I awoke and it was almost as real to me as being in the presence
of the Managing Director.
In the dream I walked up to him and said now E tell me.....? He said,
you just keep on doing what you do, be patient, keep calm and keep
on answering
all
of them with the same soft and gentle spirit as you did from day one
of realizing the trouble.
It is only that there is another obstacle to overcome. They have filed
a report against your son to be expelled from his power and authority
and be
discharged
from ministry. They, the directors, will decide next week. Those
against him are more than those with him.
I asked, but how can this be, he did whatever was expected from him
and he is the founder? How can he be cancelled out as if he was a
normal employee? I woke up asking the question.
He received this prophetic word from someone visiting from America
and they did not know about all the turmoil: This knot cannot be
loosened it must
be cut off. This is what we all could see and understand from the
beginning. To
get the ministry healed and healthy again the old must be cast
away and
new Godly principles must be established as soon as possible.
I do not know if this dream is a warning of something which is
to come and whether it is to place a spirit of fear on me. We
with our
son
did pay very
high prices to get this ministry up and running and to keep it
going since 2004. We know that whatever the Lord expected from
him he did
with all
his heart and with all his ability. Before the problems, there
was a nice warm
relationship between him and the directors. Yet since the knowledge
of all the inside drama came to light, they all were covering
their own
futures in case the ministry goes down and they will be co responsible.
What was amazing, now looking back, we with hearts for this ministry
grew from it all. The Lord is blessing us with peace and gave
us insight and
knowledge. He is with us through it all and we all can testify
the same.
Yet those against him grow more aggressive and more demanding
and bring more and more accusations against him, what I am
not able
to think
of.
I would appreciate your input in my situation. I do not have
any person to share my inner thoughts, fears and uncertainty
with.
I am so thankful
for
following your e-mails for so many years now. I appreciate
the time you will lay aside
for me and may you be blessed with a special anointing to
discern the truth and share it open heartedly with me.

** The words spoken by the managing director in the dream do not need interpretation as it was plain speech. This is unusual in the ministry of dreams and shows how the Lord is particularly focused on this case.
I can only presume that the fear and anxiety you felt following the dream
related to the aggressive and demanding accusations against your son
by the majority
of the directors as the managing director warned about in the dream. Then
there is also the concern about how your son “is growing out of it in a total
different person and the spiritual growth is something which is what I do not
have words to write down on paper.” It is natural that you feared for
your son being removed from the ministry that he founded.
Perhaps this natural fear is misplaced and the enemy has taken advantage
of it to attach a spirit of fear as you mentioned. If you can resolve the
natural
fear then the attached spirit of fear will have no hold in your life.
I gathered from the tone of your email that the accusations of opposition
directors were false as “they all were covering their own futures in case the ministry
goes down and they will be co responsible.” It is for this reason that
the managing director directed you to “just keep on doing what you do,
be patient keep calm and keep on answering all of them with the same soft and
gentle spirit as you did from day one of realizing the trouble.” Such
biblical words of wisdom, comfort and faith, led me to believe that the managing
director in the dream represented God Himself.
Then the managing director, representing the Spirit of God, gave a word
of encouragement that you may have missed. He said concerning the filed
report
against your son to be expelled that, “It is only that there is another
obstacle to overcome.” That is, in the prayers and humble and righteous
attitude of you and the folks that support your son, the Spirit of God will
be with you to overcome all obstacles that your son is going through. We are
a people of faith so when God has spoken so clearly, we believe and do the
right thing before God, until His words are fulfilled.
1Jn 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we
ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
1Jn 5:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know
that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
Here there is no place for any fear or anxiety that the enemy would
like to introduce to undermine our faith. All you all need to do
is, “just keep
on doing what you do, be patient keep calm and keep on answering all of them
with the same soft and gentle spirit as you did from day one of realizing the
trouble.” God will do the rest!

Thanks Paula. It is amazing how wonderful our Lord’s love and care for us is manifesting even in our dreams. I appreciate your input and honesty so much.
I can still remember when I woke up and my mind was so fully occupied with the content of the dream that I kept saying to myself, no negative thing in the dream, does it really mean that something negative is about to happen? You were available when I was at a very weak and vulnerable point and I am filled with wonder and appreciation for the caring love of our Lord that you many miles away were willing to spend time to sustain me in that moment.
May you always be reminded of Scripture where our Lord Jesus said, for in as much as you have done it to the smallest one of these you have done it unto Me. Your time and input in my life helped to revive my spirit and helped me to stand firm again against the onslaught of the enemy. I am so amazed and filled with gratitude towards our Master and Lord and you.
I gave your e-mail to my son and he was so blessed by it and his words were: This is powerful and right on time. Thanks again for sowing your time into my life and may our Lord reveal to you the fruit of your seed and may it bring much joy and peace and whatever is lovely and beautiful for you in days to come.
