Formation: Quadrille 4 couples numbered anticlockwise 1,3,2,4 Tops = 1,2 Sides = 3,4

Music: 3 figures - Reel, Waltz, Jig

Introduction Honour Partner, honour corner

1st Couple visit (promenade around inside the set)

Top couples, half R and L without hands

Side couples, half R and L without hands

Set to partners, (step, together, step lift to R then L)

Turn partners, open hand turn once around

All promenade back to place (halfway round set), lower promenade hold

  1. This dance was a winner of the Bush Music Club Dance Competition in 1992.

  2. It is intended as an introductory quadrille and includes the quadrille setting step in figure 1, and the more familiar setting in figure 3.
