Formation: Lines of 3-6 dancers facing forward around
circle, arms linked behind backs.
Music: Slow 4/4 tunes
This is a rough description of the dance.......
Start with weight on right foot, extend left heel diagonally in
front and pause
Starting left foot, 3 steps sideways to right,
extend right heel diagonally and pause
Starting right foot, 3
steps sideways to left, extend left heel again and pause
Starting
left foot, 3 steps sideways to right,
Step forward on right foot
then forward onto left foot (cross right foot over left, then left
over right)
Repeat crossover steps, finish with weight on left
foot,
Lean forward and extend right leg behind,
Swing right
leg forward, pause then take three small running steps forward
starting right foot.
Finish with weight on right foot
Repeat as required
