Take 2 hands with partner and dance 8 setting steps, Ladies start R foot, Men L foot: Step 1) away from centre, 2) quarter turn clockwise as a couple - (R shoulder back), Lady 2 and Man 1 on the spot, 3) up or down the line, 4) quarter turn clockwise, 5) into the centre, 6) half turn clockwise, 7 and 8) drop hands and set backwards to own line ('falling back')
