1440 out of 2000 points (scaled) or equivalent to 72%

Laptop Program

Administered by ExamSoft on behalf of the NYS Board of Law Examiners (BOLE)

Optional but STRONGLY recommended for all candidates who are able to type at least at the speed at which they hand-write.

We are so confident in the advantage that the laptop program gives that we will assist in the set-up of your own laptop at no extra charge!

If you don’t have a laptop, we will help you source one, even if it’s just for the exam!

MBE Transfer Policy

Transfers from other jurisdictions not allowed.

No admission by reciprocity.

Bar Review students generally study 8 to 10 hours per day for the 8 or so weeks prior to the exams

Candidates must present government issued photo ID (eg passport) on both exam days to be permitted to sit the exams
