The Church/Bride as the Ark of God

D&V List No.1340

DREAM
Am writing in regards to a dream I had recently. It was a joyous occasion in this dream. It looked like a wedding celebration, people were dancing in two rows one led by the groom but the other one did not have a bride. The groom was in high spirits.

But strangely I was there but watching all these happening and asking myself am I supposed to be in the dance? The only person i could pick-out in the dream was the groom and what fascinated me was the fact that he was dancing and rejoicing in rhythm,( he is a believer), to the wedding songs like the natives.

** The dream could be about Christ Jesus the Bridegroom dancing and rejoicing in the imminent marriage-arrival
of the Church/Bride that is about to take place soon. [people were dancing in two rows one led by the groom
but the other one did not have a bride (yet)] The D&V List has been portraying this marriage to take place in
the soon coming rapture of First Resurrection following the coming of Christ to meet with the Church/Bride in the
clouds of the glory of God. (see personal Bible Commentary below on Act 1:9) The Bride would have perfected the
maturity of Christ in fulfillment of the New Testament Covenant of God as symbolically portrayed in the Ark of God
that contained the tables of the commandments (see personal Bible Commentary below on 1Ki 8:9)

Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD,
I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD:
for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their
iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Your dream is showing that the marriage-arrival of the Church/Bride had figurative precedence when the Ark of
God was brought into the stronghold of Mount Zion or City of David of Jerusalem. In bringing the Ark of God joyful
King David, shadowing Christ Jesus the Bridegroom, danced before Jehovah with all his might.

2Sa 6:11 And the ark of Jehovah remained in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and Jehovah
blessed Obed-edom, and all his house.
2Sa 6:12 And it was told king David, saying, Jehovah hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. And David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the city of David with joy.
2Sa 6:13 And it was so, that, when they that bare the ark of Jehovah had gone six paces, he sacrificed an ox and
a fatling.
2Sa 6:14 And David danced before Jehovah with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.
2Sa 6:15 So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of Jehovah with shouting, and with the sound
of the trumpet.

We note that at the Rapture or onset of First Resurrection, there will also be a shout and the sound of the trumpet.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with
the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
1Th 4:17 then we that are alive, that are left, shall together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

As the Ark of God was brought into Mount Zion, City of David of Jerusalem so will the Church/Bride be translated
into heavenly Mount Zion, City of the living God and heavenly Jerusalem.

Heb 12:22 but ye are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable hosts of angels,
Heb 12:23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of
all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Heb 12:24 and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better than that
of Abel.

A study of the clouds of the glory of God from my personal Bible Commentary on Acts 1:9

A study of the Ark of God symbolizing the Church/Bride from my personal Bible Commentary on 1Ki 8:9

THE INSTANCE WHEN THE STONE TABLES OF COMMANDMENTS WERE ALONE IN THE ARK TO SYMBOLIZE THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH/BRIDE THAT HAD PERFECTED THE MATURITY OF CHRIST

"There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb" 1Ki_8:9-10; 1Ki_8:21; 2Ch_5:10

Significance of absence of the pot of manna:
The OT golden pot of manna of Moses was surpassed by the bread of the NT Temple which was Christ Jesus Exo_16:33;
Joh_6:30-38; Joh_6:48-59; Joh_1:9

Significance of the absence of Aaron's rod:
OT Aaron's (high priest) rod that budded was surpassed by the NT High Priest's rod of iron Num_17:10; Rev_2:26-30;
Rev_12:1-5; Rev_19:11-16

Significance of the presence of the two tables of stone of OT Commandments was that NT Jesus Christ fulfilled them:
Exo_40:20; Deu_10:2, Deu_10:2-5; Deu_31:26; 1Ki_8:21; Exo_24:8, Exo_34:27-35; Deu_4:13; Mat_5:17; Luk_16:17; Rom_3:31, Rom_10:4; Gal_3:16-24; Psa_40:6-8; Mat_3:15; Isa_42:21; Rom_8:4-11; Gal_4:4-5; Col_2:16-19; Heb_10:3-20

In marriage with Christ Jesus, the New Testament Church/Bride also fulfilled the will of God which is His commandments
Jer_31:33-34; Eze_11:16-20; Eze_36:25-27; Heb_8:10, Heb_10:16; Deu_30:6; Col_2:10-17; Psa_37:31, Psa_40:8;
Isa_51:7; Rom_7:22; 2Co_3:3
