Clarifying true resurrection from the false

I dreamt that I had gone to attend to my two cousin's funeral, a brother and a sister. Their bodies were naked and partially decomposed. Suddenly, they both rose up and wanted to live. They were hushed back and commanded to remain dead by my uncle. The sister agreed and she died, but the brother was very violent and insisted on living.

I tell you the bodies were partially decomposed and were very smelly. He walked towards me like a zombie (exactly in the same way ghosts were walking in the thriller movie by the late Michael Jackson). He reached where I was and took my left hand and wanted to kill me, he was literary squeezing life out of me.

By now everyone was scared and they ran away. I realised I was dealing with very serious demonic powers, so I started shouting "in the name of Jesus" leave me", " be gone.” Then I commanded the fire of God from heaven to fall down and consume this dead thing. Immediately he fell down and died. Every one was shocked at the power of God and how God had used me. The dream ended here.

** This dream may be highlighting some issues about deception that people struggle with, especially in societies where witchcraft and sorcery abound. For example when people die, do their souls remain on earth so that they can get back into their partially decomposed bodies and walk? Here we are not talking about near death experiences but final death and bodily decomposition; the kind like Lazarus of the Gospels who was dead for four days and stinking so that only God (the Son) was able to resurrect him.

Joh 11:43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
Joh 11:44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
Joh 11:45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

History is full of false prophets in different societies who have prophesied that they would arise from the dead and visit living friends, family and disciples - somewhat in the likeness of Jesus but in all cases their followers got tired of eternally delayed fulfilment. False religions can only claim resurrection of their prophets but they have not come back to earth and showed themselves in verification of credibility – let alone also resurrecting their followers as Jesus Christ did.

Mat 27:52 and the tombs were opened; and many bodies of the saints that had fallen asleep were raised;
Mat 27:53 and coming forth out of the tombs after his resurrection they entered into the holy city and appeared unto many.

In the dream you realized that it was not your dead cousins that rose from their partially decomposed bodies but that this was serious demonic manifestation. You dealt with the demon effectively as one advanced in spiritual warfare.

We know that demons can possess bodies of the living and this dream is showing that in greater end time deception they may also be able to possess empty bodies of the dead that have not yet fully decomposed.

Mat 8:28 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
Mat 8:29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

Generally those who die leave this world and go to heavenly places or hellish places and await end time resurrection unto the judgment seat of God. This is the judgment seat of Christ following the First Resurrection and judgment at the Great White Throne of God following Resurrection of the Dead. The righteous will possess the kingdom of God and live forever and the evil will partake of The Second Death in the final destroying place for the wicked, which is the lake of fire.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

In the book of Revelation the False Prophet was able to cause the image of the beast that was made by the people of the world to come alive by lying sorcery; a demon possessing the image that most likely would be a high tech robotic humanoid that is presently at the frontiers of robotics and artificial intelligence projects. A Japanese robotics engineer, Hiroshi Ishiguro from Osaka University, has already made a replica robot (android) of his daughter, having programmed life-like movements and limited interactive vocabulary. Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth (robotics and artificial intelligence engineers?), that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

This is serious stuff designed to eternally deceive those that do not have a love for the truth as embodied in Christ Jesus the Son of God and the Holy Spirit of Truth.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

The righteous saints destined for eternal life know that unlike the deceiving power of sorcery and witchcraft, only God has real power over spiritual life and death beyond physical death. Those facing physical death need to know that it is better to die in the faith and be with the Lord than compromising the faith and seek prolonged life in the subtleties and deception of witchcraft and sorcery that does not profit nor deliver. Spiritually savvy Christians are not afraid to die when it is time to go!

Mat 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Those who read the book of Revelation know that even Satan the devil, the beast and the false prophet that have power of sorcery are destined for the lake of fire by authority of the real and sovereign power of God.

Rev 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever
