There seems to be a few dreams lately about clothes. I'm wondering if perhaps the Lord is saying something to the body of Christ through dreams about clothes. Maybe the Holy Spirit is trying to get our attention about this!... we need to have our right clothes on!!...and maybe He is about to Clothe His people with more of His Presence...Also feel there is a warning here.
On Sunday I went to a Foursquare Church that I have been attending on and off since April this year, not sure if I will stay here though, and these scriptures were given on a whole different subject but they went off in my spirit.
Psalm 132:16-18
I will also CLOTHE HER PRIESTS WITH SALVATION: and her saints shall shout aloud
for joy. [17] There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained
a lamp for mine anointed. [18] His enemies will I CLOTHE WITH SHAME: but
upon himself shall his crown flourish.
** My personal Bible Commentary on Psa 132:16 at the end of this document shows that, priests of Heavenly Jerusalem and Church of Christ Jesus will be clothed with salvation; particularly so for the major end time harvest of the earth around time of the First Resurrection unto the marriage of Christ. We note that spiritually blind and deaf people of the Old Church Order who reject the wedding because they did not have ears to hear the Spirit of God will not be worthy of the wedding.
Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage
for his son.
Mat 22:3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding:
and they would not come.
Mat 22:4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden,
Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and
all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
Mat 22:5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another
to his merchandise:
Mat 22:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully,
and slew them.
Mat 22:7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his
armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
Mat 22:8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which
were bidden were not worthy.
Mat 22:9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid
to the marriage.
Mat 22:10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together
all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished
with guests.
Mat 13:9 WHO HATH EARS TO HEAR, LET HIM HEAR.
Mat 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto
them in parables?
Mat 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know
the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given
Mat 13:12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more
abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he
hath.
Mat 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: BECAUSE THEY SEEING SEE NOT;
AND HEARING THEY HEAR NOT, NEITHER DO THEY UNDERSTAND.
Mat 13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, By
hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and
shall not perceive:
Mat 13:15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of
hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see
with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their
heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
Mat 13:16 BUT BLESSED ARE YOUR EYES, FOR THEY SEE: AND YOUR EARS, FOR THEY
HEAR.
Mat 13:17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have
desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear
those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
** Anyone without the proper clothing of the covering of the Spirit which is the wedding garment of righteousness and holiness for oneness of marriage will be CLOTHED WITH SHAME.
Mat 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man
which had not on a wedding garment:
Mat 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having
a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take
him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing
of teeth.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: FOR THE MARRIAGE
OF THE LAMB IS COME, AND HIS WIFE HATH MADE HERSELF READY.
Rev 19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean
and white: for the fine linen is THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF SAINTS.
Rev 19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, BLESSED ARE THEY WHICH ARE CALLED UNTO
THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings
of God.
I have recently had three dreams where I was either with people looking for clothes and unable to find the right ones to put on, or found clothes and struggled to put them on as they were not suitable for me, or I felt uncomfortable in them.
I had another dream where I was with a couple from a past home group. They wanted me to go with them somewhere. I wasn't wearing clothes that were suitable so the husband drove me to my flat in his car which was up on the third story of a block of flats. When we got there his wife was there ahead of us. She came into the bedroom while I was trying on clothes but nothing was suitable.
The flat didn't look like a place I would live in. There was a little boy about three years old climbing all over the bed, and clothes. I didn't know who he was but he was very happy.
I seemed to be unable to find the right clothes. I kept taking them out of the wardrobe and trying them on but nothing fitted. Then we were at a cocktail party. I was very uncomfortable and I knew I was in the wrong place. Then I woke up.
** Your dreams about looking for appropriate clothes that you would feel confident and comfortable in portray your quest for finding GOD’S CLOTHING OF SALVATION FOR THE PRIESTS OF HIS KINGDOM.
Rev 1:6 And hath made us kings and PRIESTS UNTO GOD and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
** First and foremost you will not find the proper clothing outwardly in churches of your locality for the kingdom of God or Church of Christ Jesus is within you. When this is adequately resolved in your heart and mind then such frustrating dreams will cease. Just as flesh and blood cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven, so the outward institutional church and its rituals and programs cannot contain the kingdom of God in themselves. It is the people gathered there that may possess the kingdom of God and be the spirit and life of the local church. Rituals and programs of the local church can help the spiritually young know the Holy Spirit and thereby grow and develop to possess the kingdom of God.
Isa 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
Eph 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give
unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM:
Eph 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know
what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance
in the saints,
Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe,
according to the working of his mighty power,
** Church leaders whose focus is, consciously or subconsciously, primarily upon the church institution (their own kingdom) rather than on the people will become increasingly deceptive. They can always be identified by their teachings that twist scriptures to serve their kingdom to the detriment of proper growth and development of the people and to their own detriment. Of such is the path of extremist Christian cults that inevitably leads to destruction.
1Jo 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us: for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists;
and some, pastors and teachers;
Eph 4:12 FOR THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS, for the work of the ministry, for
the edifying of the body of Christ:
Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of
the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the
fullness of Christ:
Eph 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried
about with every wind of doctrine, BY THE SLEIGHT OF MEN, AND CUNNING CRAFTINESS,
whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things,
which is the head, even Christ:
1Jo 2:26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce
you.
1Jo 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and
ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you
of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you,
ye shall abide in him.
1Jo 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear,
we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
** On a similar theme, the dreamer of previous D&V List No.1310 did not have nor desired to wear the hat of identification with the doctrine of self esteem that her local church companions wore in the dream. Clearly God is addressing this situation of proper clothing or proper covering within Christendom as you mentioned. The three years old boy happily climbing all over the bed and clothes in your dream portrayed blissful immaturity and ignorance in those who identified with clothing or covering that is not of the Spirit of God. (I was very uncomfortable and I knew I was in the wrong place. Then I woke up.)

THE PLACE, HOUSE, TABERNACLES Psa_132:7; Heb_9:1-11 REST Psa_132:8; Psa_132:13-14; Heb_4:1-11 HABITATION, TEMPLE OR KINGDOM OF GOD
Until I find out a place for the LORD, a habitation for the mighty God of Jacob Psa_132:5 - A place for the Lord or a habitation for God immediately referred to a house or temple for the things of the Tabernacle of Moses or more specifically for the Ark of the OT Covenant.
The OT house or temple of God that King David wanted to build Psa_132:1-5 pertained to the mountain of the manifestation of God in Mount Horeb/Sinai Exo_3:1; Exo_24:12-18; Heb_12:18-21 It shadowed its ultimate fulfillment in the NT house, temple, or kingdom of God that pertained to the mountain of manifestation of God in heaven Heb_12:22-24 that had expression or representation on earth Eph_2:19-22; 1Co_3:16; 1Co_6:19; Luk_17:21 and which Jesus Christ is building Mat_16:16-18; Joh_2:18-20; 2Co_5:1-4
In due time (time of First Resurrection) the place, house, tabernacle, rest, habitation, temple or kingdom of God in heaven and earth shall come together in unity and oneness Eph_1:3-10; Eph_5:25-32; Rev_21:1-7; Col_1:25-27; Eph_4:9-16; Joh_17:20-24;
