The website www.x-sitez.com/allergyadditives/index.html  gives you a brief run down on all the food additives in use but does not have a lot of details.

I found some helpful suggestions on a website on Oppositional Defiant  Disorder (http://www.klis.com/chandler/pamphlet/oddcd/oddcdpamphlet.htm) The  really useful stuff is way towards the bottom under Non-Medical Strategies.

There is a special hardcopy school edition of FAILSAFE #17 (all the articles, Q&A, etc are related to schools.)  If anyone wants a copy of this  to photocopy and distribute to schools in your area, send an SAE to FINA at PO Box 85 Parap NT 0804, marked "Schools Failsafe #17".

TIP - ??

sublingual drops for Jake from Dr Wing in Sydney,  and for Jake found they have not made a huge improvement in what food he tolerates more of ( same as when we started) but I did notice that if he had a reaction to something it was not as  bad and as long as it usually was,  and Dr Wing did say to me that with a child being so sensitive it may take longer to work effectively,  so we will keep trying.

TIP - allergy  info

The web address is www.x-sitez.com/allergy - this takes you to their allergy homepage and you can click on the Additive link from there. I have just tried it and it seems to be working OK. The 'x-sitez' part of the address is an 'x' followed by a hyphen '-' then 'sitez' without any breaks. Hope this works now.
