Grattan House has been established for ten years specialising in Foundation student accommodation. Grattan House is centrally situated in Carlton, 10 minutes walk from Melbourne University and RMIT, and two minutes to popular Lygon street restaurants and shops. Grattan House has boutique style accommodation creating a family atmosphere for the comfort and well being of students.

Grattan House is well-supervised, general areas are kept scrupulously clean, and students are encouraged to maintain this standard. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and the drinking of alcohol is discouraged by management. Grattan House has a central living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry etc. on both floors, with 6 shower rooms and 6 toilets catering for 18 students (9 students on each floor). Each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe and desk, with a telephone point to each room for personal computers and Internet. Highly secure system is installed.
