Short Cut to Frameit

One of the things you will want to do is set up a shortcut to Frameit on your computer screen.  Many do not know how to do this and while it is not really a part of Frameit, here is how to go about setting one up.

But first, what is a shortcut?  It is an icon that appears on your Windows screen that enables you to click on and start a program.  So lets create one for Frameit.  Somewhere in your screen where there is nothing else, click your right mouse button once.  A selection box will appear.  Select New and then Shortcut.  A box similar should appear. Note: If you have set up your mouse for left handed operation, reverse the right and left buttons throughout this instruction.

Click Browse.

Look for the Folder called Frameit and open it.

Now look for the file called Frame.  It is the one with the little "cog" shown in a little screen.  Highlight it and then click Open then Next three times.  The icon should now appear on your screen.

While this will now work there are two more things that we need to tune to get Frameit to work better.

Hover your mouse cursor over the icon and press the right mouse button. A screen similar should appear.  Click on Program and then make sure the Close on Exit is ticked.

Next click on the Screen and select from the Usage part Full Screen.  Now click on OK and that's it.
