Before proceeding ensure that you have a good FULL
backup. Maybe you could copy the entire existing Frameit to another
directory as well.
Deep until you are sure that everything is working correctly (and maybe keep for
an extended time, just in case). If operating a LAN (multiple computers)
turn off all workstations and apply the upgrade to the server. When the
Upgrade is finished, take another FULL backup (on different disks) and
keep. When the upgrade is completed check the Version number when you
start up Frameit to make sure that the new version has been applied.

If you need to update more than one computer or want to test the software first in another directory, you need to select the second option "Save this program to disk". This will give you the ability to save the upgrade files onto your Hard Drive for later use. If however you just want to apply the upgrade, select the first option "Run this program from its current location".
If
you get a box similar to this one, just click on the <Yes> button.
If you selected to "Run this program from its current location",
a box will appear for WinZip Self-Extractor. However,
if you elected to save the upgrade to your disk, you will need to go to where
you saved it and double click on it before this box appears.
In the prompt area "Unzip to folder" the default path for Frameit is already set. If you have Frameit in another folder, you will need to change this path to that folder. Now click on <Unzip>.
Finally type in the password supplied. WinZip will now extract the upgrade and copy it to your folder.
