FEES FOR 2012

Fees for the 2012 season must be paid on or before Sign On Day - 30th January 2012
PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment of fees is required before or at Sign On via cheque or cash. You can also pay via direct transfer - Aspley's account details are as follows:

NOTE: Please email the Treasurer, Robyn Ovenden on ovenden1@bigpond.com once you have transferred fees so your payment can be confirmed as received.

Anyone with special circumstances, please contact the President or Treasurer to discuss and arrangements may be made.

It is Club Policy that no player is to be registered with Downey Park until fees have been received by Aspley Devils, and that no player will take the court until fees are fully paid.

SENIOR (18 years and above)

JUNIOR (11 years to 17 years)

NON-COMPETITIVE (8, 9 and 10 years)

Please note: These fees cover all umpiring duties for the season.

FAMILY LEVY
The Family Levy is $50 and is due at the same time as your Registration Fees. You will be reimbursed - or you may prefer to roll it over to the next season - when your duties have been fulfilled and recorded.

This levy is in place so that the workload is more evenly spread throughout the club.
Duties that will earn the levy refund during the season will include:

  • being a committee member
  • coaching or assistant coaching for the season
  • being a Team Manager
  • making a significant contribution on a sub committee
  • Canteen duty during the season (let the Canteen Convenor know early if you wish to do a duty)

The adequacy of any other duty will be determined by the Management Committee.

# In the case where there is one Junior in a family, either parent may be the registered Associate and may vote etc. Where there are two Juniors, both parents may be registered Associates. Where there are more Juniors than parent(s). a person can only be registered once as an Associate.
