Mr Kolari
Dwarven scholar and Tutor

Mr. Aradin Teriat Kolari - A personal impression and brief Biography
By Dayoric, Scribe of the Great Library of Throal, and apprentice to Mr. Kolari
Date: 14 day of the second Month of Manna, in the year 1519 of the Throalic Calendar

The extensive and detailed journals of the travels of Mr. Kolari and the retinue of the Crown Prince of Jerris contain extensive descriptions and sketches of most of the parties involved. However, the are all lacking a description of Mr. Kolari himself. Lacking his skills as an artist, I shall instead endeavor to describe his appearance. A dwarf of average height 4'9" and a sturdy (but not bulky) build, his brown hair and neatly trimmed brown beard do not represent him as anything out of the ordinary. His young age belies the look of wisdom in his eyes, and the calm measured tones of his voice. Whilst in the field he dresses highly practically, in serviceable dark cotton pants and white shirt, with brown leather boots, belt and gloves. At his belt, in a specially designed pouch, is the powerful artifact Skeetons Staff, rescued by Mr. Kolari at great risk from a horror infested Kaer early on in his career. He also carries Krynar's Reaver, a legendary dwarven battlesxe, entrusted into his keeping by General Cullyn McTavish, Commander of the Jerrisian Armies. Over all this is a well-cared for esparga-scale cloak that obviously seen substantial action. Toping off the description are the Library of Throal Signet Ring, that marks him as an official Traveled Scholar of the Library, and a traditional dwarven lightquartz headband.

Combining an extensive knowledge of Barsaive's inhabitants, denizens, and places with the wisdom of its cultures Mr Kolari has been an invaluable mentor to the young Princes of Jerris. He has cultivated the Scholar's calm and rational demeanor, but is capable of determined combat should the need arise. He is a strong believer in the principles of caution, consideration and peaceful negotiation as well as being at home in almost any place that he finds himself in.

Overall, not too bad. Try to stick to the facts rather than the opinions. A fair summary. 7 1/2 out of 10
