Soy and Ginger Dressing

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 10 drops sesame oil
- 1 small knob of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- juice of ½ a lemon
Mix everything together. Makes enough to serve 4 with fish or meat.
