Why is it that nearly every Hi-Fi loudspeaker available commercially is a box, a rectangular prism; with 'function' and very little 'form' !!.....Sure the finish might be interesting, nice timber or a neat paint job, but it really is still just a box !!

ARGOS breaks away from the commercial financial necessity of building 'boxes', to create FORM and FUNCTION.

The loudspeaker now becomes a piece of furniture or even ART , but still performs its primary function to an exceptionally high degree. In fact, most designs actually include facets that enhance the sound quality, taking into account such theoretical problems such as minimizing internal standing waves, minimizing baffle diffraction artifacts.

All speakers are designed with sound quality as the overriding concern. Quality drivers are used in all speakers built. Quality components are also used in crossovers, which are generally of the 'series' variety, providing dynamics and a natural 'together' sound as their main characteristics.

FOR SALE:  Some of these are for sale. East coast of Mainland Australia only, sorry
