I can't find the number of the government health department in the phone book;

The department's name has changed!

The local library's computer catalogue has changed;

The new system has to be learned!

I look up and see concrete;

I look down and see concrete.

Extraverts like change;

For them these are challenges!

Are they lucky?

Introverts don't like change;

They get anxious!

Are they unfortunate?

I look up and see concrete buildings;

I look down and see a street made of concrete.

When I was young, I usually was in pain;

I was angry;

I was frustrated;

Now I am often serene;

Sometimes I even feel excitement and joy.

I look up and see the concrete Westin Hotel;

I look down and see Sydney's concrete Martin Place.
