Cedric Artis is, of course, one of the pregenerated characters in Mekton - Operation Rimfire, which has to be one of the coolest giant robot campaign books around. We took well over half a year to play through the 22 episodes in the book, and it was both fun and dissatisfying at the same time. There are a number of things I'd do before running it myself, including limiting the number of players to six (the book allows ten!) and putting together all the bits and pieces the book mentions about the planet Algol, such as the timeline. I'd also convert the character designs over to Mekton Zeta, which is the current edition of the Mekton game (the book is written for the previous edition). While I can't show you Cedric's design (it is copyrighted, after all), I can reveal my thoughts on the other things - so I will.
