Conditions of Entry
- Entry forms and entry fees must be received by 5:00pm, Friday 21st March 2003 or postmarked with this date. Entry forms and fees are to be addressed to

23 Ben Nevis Road, Farmborough Heights, NSW 2526An entry fee of $5.00 is payable for the first item and a further $2.00 for each other item entered. Any distinguishable sets will be classified as one item. Note:- entry fee is non refundable
Awards will be made in all categories ( at the discretion of the organisers or judges) provided the quality of entries allow all categories of prizes to be awarded and the number of entrants in each category is sufficient
All items entered will be exhibited at the discretion of the Organising Body
Items can only be entered into one category and are unable to be changed after the entries have been received
All cash awards will be presented at the presentation at 4:00pm Sunday, 6th April 2003.
Collection date for all entries is between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday, 6th April 2003.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure items in transit both to and from the exhibition and also while pieces are on exhibition. The Illawarra Woodworkers group Inc accept no liability for loss or damage of exhibited items. Note, all unsold exhibits will be returned by the method specified on the entry form at the expense of the exhibitor. If no method is specified the organisers will despatch items by the most convenient method, with all care given and at the expense of the exhibitor.
All items can be offered for sale during the exhibition. In the event of a sale the Illawarra Woodworking Group Inc. will take 20% commission of the selling price
Please indicate if an item is not for sale by adding NFS in the selling price column of the entry form. Insurance value is equivalent to the wholesale price (or 5/6ths of the selling price) and should be indicated even if the piece is NFS
Items submitted for judging must be the work of the entrant and must not have been submitted at a previous Illawarra Exhibition of Fine Woodcraft.
All names and identifying marks on items submitted must be covered.
No late entries will be accepted without prior arrangement.
Items must be clearly marked on the outside wrapping and please print your name address and category in which the item is to entered. E.G.:- Tom Brown 23 Smith Street Notown 2500 C (carving)
Items to be delivered to the Illawarra Woodworkers Group Inc. Workshop, Fairy Meadow School Grounds, Balgownie Road, Fairy Meadow, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00 pm on 29th March 2003.
