Single Action Shooting ! Also known as Cowboy Action Shooting. This is a safe Family Orientated Sport where Dad, Mum, and the youngins can all take part. The shoot ideas are taken from times past, the Old Wild West. People choose an Alius of someone they would like to be, Dress up to suit and play in the games. Every year the Australian National Championships are held in October near Millmerran QLD. The great dream for a lot of Aussie Single Action Shooters is to travel to the World Shoot, Texas USA. There you will find many Hundreds of Cowboys and Cowgirls taking part in very competitive practical shooting. In this well controlled event we use a World standard rule book and shoot with Real pistols, Rifles, and Double barrel shotguns, no toys here. The Targets would be Paper or Steel Reactive Plates.
