Grossmama's Almond Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain flour
- ½ cup self raising flour
- 1 cup cut almonds
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
Method
- Beat sugar and eggs.
- Mix in flours and cut almonds.
- Bake in moderate oven (350oF) for 45 minutes.
- When cold, cut the loaf into 0.5 cm wide slices
- Rebake in a moderate oven (350oF) for 10 minutes.
