Method

  1. Beat sugar and eggs.
  2. Mix in flours and cut almonds.
  3. Bake in moderate oven (350oF) for 45 minutes.
  4. When cold, cut the loaf into 0.5 cm wide slices
  5. Rebake in a moderate oven (350oF) for 10 minutes.
