Butter/Vienna Icing

Ingredients

• ¾ cup icing sugar
• 2 tbsps (40g) butter
• few drops of vanilla
• 2 tsps boiling water

Method

1. Cream butter.
2. Add sifted icing sugar gradually and then the vanilla essence and a little water.
3. Add more water if a softer icing is required.
