Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

• 150g dark/milk chocolate
• 100g unsalted butter

Method

1. Melt chopped chocolate and butter over hot water and stir until evenly mixed
2. Remove from heat and spread over the cakes when it's a good spreading consistency.
