Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
Method
- Melt chocolate in a bowl over (but not touching) boiling water.
- Separate eggs and add egg yolks to melted chocolate.
- Whisk egg whites into firm peaks.
- Gently fold chocolate mixture into the egg whites until it is homogeneous.
- Pour into glasses and place in the fridge to set.
Notes
- Makes four small serves.
- garnish with chocolate curls or mint leaves.
