Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl over (but not touching) boiling water.
  2. Separate eggs and add egg yolks to melted chocolate.
  3. Whisk egg whites into firm peaks.
  4. Gently fold chocolate mixture into the egg whites until it is homogeneous.
  5. Pour into glasses and place in the fridge to set.
