Nonna's croquettes
Ingredients
- 200g cooked beef
- 250 mL stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion
- 25g flour
- 25g butter
- pepper
- parsley
Method
- Make a thick ragout.
- Add all ingredients and set in the fridge
- When set, roll the miture into balls.
- Crumb it by dipping into first into a mixture of egg and water and then breadcrumbs.
- Set again
- Deep fry in hot oil
