Creamy Garlic Prawn and Fish Dish
Ingredients
- 6 large shelled prawns
- 1 small fillet of barramundi
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 tbsps cream
- 1 bunch of spinach
- butter
Method
- Cook prawns in garlic and butter and remove from pan.
- Cook diced barramundi in garlic and butter.

- Add cream and simmer for few minutes.
- Add spinach and return prawns to the pan.
Notes
- Serves two.
- Place on a bed of jasmine rice.
- Make only enough for eating immediately as it does not reheat well.
