Lamb Kebabs

Method

  1. Fry up sliced lamb roast in a little bit of olive oil, butter and garlic-pepper seasoning.
  2. Mix tomato and cucumber (cubed) and spanish onion (finely chopped) in the mayonnaise and cream.
  3. Lightly toast mountain bread.
  4. Place lamb, tomato/cucumber/onion mixture and some shredded lettuce on the mountain bread.
  5. Wrap it up and eat it!
