Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients
- pkt Mountain bread
- Leftover lamb roast
- 1 large tomato
- 1 small lebanese cucumber
- 1/2 spanish onion
- Few leaves of Lettuce
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise
- 2 tbsps cream
Method
- Fry up sliced lamb roast in a little bit of olive oil, butter and garlic-pepper seasoning.
- Mix tomato and cucumber (cubed) and spanish onion (finely chopped) in the mayonnaise and cream.
- Lightly toast mountain bread.
- Place lamb, tomato/cucumber/onion mixture and some shredded lettuce on the mountain bread.
- Wrap it up and eat it!
