Grossmama's Knoepfli

Knoepfli is kind of like a swiss gnocchi!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Sift flour and add semolina
  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix in with a spoon
  3. Add water or water/milk mixture until mixture is pastry-like consistency.
  4. Let the mixture stand for half an hour
  5. Cut/grate mixture into pot of boiling water.
  6. Remove pieces when they float to the surface.
