Pork Fillet Roast
Ingredients
- 2 pork fillets
- 6 rashes of bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Method
- Mix finely chopped garlic, oregano, basil and olive oil together.
- Place mixture over pork fillets and wrap them in bacon.
- Put the wrapped pork fillets into an oven bag with a cup of water and bake in a moderate oven for about twenty minutes. As the pork fillets do not take long to cook, any vegetables that are baked with them will need to be partially precooked.
