Pork Fillet Roast

Method

  1. Mix finely chopped garlic, oregano, basil and olive oil together.
  2. Place mixture over pork fillets and wrap them in bacon.
  3. Put the wrapped pork fillets into an oven bag with a cup of water and bake in a moderate oven for about twenty minutes. As the pork fillets do not take long to cook, any vegetables that are baked with them will need to be partially precooked.
