Potato & Leek Soup

Ingredients

Method

  1. Saute onions and leeks in butter until soft.
  2. Stir in the flour.
  3. Add stock (I use homemade chicken stock) and potatoes (peeled and cubed) and bring to the boil.
  4. Simmer until the potatoes are soft.
  5. Add milk and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Puree.
