Prawn, Spinach and Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 8 large shelled prawns
- 3 tbsps pesto
- 1 bunch of spinach
- olive oil
Method
- Steam prawns lightly.
- Cook spaghetti in hot water until al dente.

- Stir pesto through hot spaghetti.
- Add spinach and prawns.
Notes
- Serves two.
- Make only enough for eating immediately as it does not reheat well.
