Rhubarb Crumble

Method

  1. Stew rhubarb with 3-4 tbsps of sugar and water.
  2. Pour into baking dish while warm.
  3. Rub butter into flour.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the crumble.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for half an hour.
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
