Rice paper rolls
Ingredients
- rice papers
- 12 large shelled prawns
- 300 g beef/ chicken breast fillet
- 1 clove garlic
- soy sauce
- bean vermicelli
- 2 carrots
- 6 lettuce leaves
- ½: bunch spring onions
- ½: bunch basil
- satay sauce

Method
- Marinate beef/chicken in finely diced garlic and soy sauce for at least two hours.
- Sitr fry chicken/ beef. Steam prawns.
- Cook bean vermicelli.
- Finely slice spring onions, basil and lettuce leaves and grate carrots. Place them in separate bowls.
- Cook rice papers individually by dipping in plate of boiling water.

- Place chosen ingredients on rice paper diagonally across the paper (about a third of the way from the corner) and roll it up!
- Eat with satay sauce.
Notes
- This list of ingredients would make eight to ten rolls
- Allow diners to make roll their own rolls; simply place all the ingredients on the table!
