Rice paper rolls

Method

  1. Marinate beef/chicken in finely diced garlic and soy sauce for at least two hours.
  2. Sitr fry chicken/ beef. Steam prawns.
  3. Cook bean vermicelli.
  4. Finely slice spring onions, basil and lettuce leaves and grate carrots. Place them in separate bowls.
  5. Cook rice papers individually by dipping in plate of boiling water.
  6. Place chosen ingredients on rice paper diagonally across the paper (about a third of the way from the corner) and roll it up!
  7. Eat with satay sauce.
