Schnitzel
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced veal
- Milk
- Corn flour
- Bread crumbs
- olive oil
- butter
Method
- Lightly coat veal in corn flour, then dip it in milk and coat in bread crumbs.
- Fry very quickly (couple of minutes each side) in a hot pan with olive oil and butter.
Notes
- Suggest one slice of veal per person.
- Sliced chicken breast fillet can be used in place of veal.
