Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook potatoes and make mash (using a tbsp of butter and a dash of milk
  2. If using left over roast, fry it up in a little bit of olive oil with finely diced onions.
  3. Add diced mushrooms.
  4. Add stock.
  5. Mix cornflour in few tbsps of cold water, add to mixture and stir until thickened.
  6. Place meat mixture in a pie dish and cover with mashed potato.
  7. Bake in a preheated hot oven for 20 mins.
