Spaghetti Bolognaisse
Ingredients
- 500 g lean beef mince
- 1 large onion
- 1 can Rosella tomato soup
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 large zucchini
- ½ capsicum
- dried basil and oregano
- olive oil
Method
- Saute finely chopped onion in hot frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- Add beef mince and toss until cooked through.
- Add dried basil and oregano, tomato soup, sliced mushrooms, roughly chopped tomatoes and simmer for ten minutes.
- Add diced capsicum and zucchini and simmer for another five minutes.
Notes
- Serves four to six.
- Serve with al dente pasta and sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Put water for the pasta up to boil simultaneous to commencing cooking the pasta sauce.
