Spinach dip
Ingredients
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkt frozen spinach, defrosted and excess water squeezed out
- 5 spring onions or 1 large onion
- 1 pkt vegetable soup
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g egg mayonnaise
Method
- Mix ingredients well together and keep refrigerated until served.
- Serve in a hollowed-out round loaf of bread.
- Use the remaining bread to scoop up the dip!
