Tacos
Ingredients
- 500 g lean beef mince
- 1 can chilli mexe-beans
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkt taco seasoning
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 large carrots
- olive oil
- 1 large tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Tasty cheese
Method
- Saute finely chopped onion in hot frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- Add beef mince and toss until cooked through.
- Add taco seasoning, grated carrot and sliced mushrooms and simmer for ten minutes.
- Dice tomato, slice lettuce leaves and grate cheese and retain in separate bowls.
- Heat taco shells and fill with desired ingredients.
Notes
- Mixture is enough for eight to ten tacos.
