Tacos

Ingredients

Method

  1. Saute finely chopped onion in hot frying pan with a little bit of olive oil.
  2. Add beef mince and toss until cooked through.
  3. Add taco seasoning, grated carrot and sliced mushrooms and simmer for ten minutes.
  4. Dice tomato, slice lettuce leaves and grate cheese and retain in separate bowls.
  5. Heat taco shells and fill with desired ingredients.
