Etceteras

This 1/12th terrace house was a Miniature Makers & Collectors club project. We built the terraces as part of display for the Sydney Miniature Fair, held each year in May.

The terrace is now part owned with my 6 year old great niece Courtney Jane. It is lovingly furnished, refurnished, moved around, pulled apart, cleaned, dusted, wiped over, swept and then when all the work is done by Courtney she sits down has a cup of tea and a few moment of serious conversation with the shop owner and her imaginary friends.

My 1/12th House built by John Traegar, of Adelaide South Australia and decorated by Sylvia Martin also of Adelaide, South Australia.

The house has six rooms on three levels and is a work in progress. I'm still searching for pieces for the library, lounge room and for many years I have been minding several pieces of furniture. The house has a Christmas theme and is full of visitors.

Bunny Cave

½ scale bunny cave houses my collection of Judy Smith (USA) Bunnies. The container is a small box covered with fabric ivy leaves. When I was given the box it was full of small rose buds, a birthday gift from my boss. As soon as I saw it I was far more interested in what I could do with the container than the roses (but they were lovely) - but I never told him that.
