The Village is a 1/4 scale project still under construction with four more shops to complete the Town Square. This project uses kits by Debbie Young, USA. The shops are landscaped and live in a large drawer of a glass top coffee table. The table has mirror on the insides of the coffee table to show the backs of the little shops. On the right side of the village is the Patisserie, Toy, Christmas, Antique, Halloween and Flower shops. On the left we have shops devoted to Easter, Quilts, a Teashop, Hardware, Raggedy Ann & Andy shop and Teddy Bears. At the bottom of the Square is: China Shop and the Seedy side of town with the Pub and Brothel. My friend Judy insisted that the town needed these, as it was in danger of becoming too "nice". |
