TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION ON OFFER:
As per the requirements of building insurers, Accommodation is strictly non-smoking!
In keeping with the Brisbane City Council laws, a MAXIMUM of 2 people can live/sleep in the Studio/Room accommodation at any one time.

INCLUSIONS:
1 x self-contained apartment style studio includes master room, ensuite, 2 X desks, either two single beds or one king size bed, kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area which you do not share with anyone else.

The studio apartment comes fully furnished with security grills. The Studio includes a bedroom with ensuite, lounge, dining, and modern FULLY equipped kitchen including appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) crockery, saucepans, rice cooker, kettle, toaster + more.

All furnishings, top quality and include beds (choice of either 2 X single OR 1 X king-size in bedroom), linen to suit choice of bed, wardrobes, desks, lamps, drawers, TV in bedroom.

Washing machine, iron + ironing board, TV and DVD player in lounge area.

Phone line available. Internet is available.

RENT INCLUDES ELECTRICITY (Air conditioning is metered to encourage responsible usage), water, garden maintenance.

Approximately 400m to Sunnybank Plaza shopping centre & Cinema & Restaurants.

Very Frequent City Express Bus/Circle Line almost at door. (If attending Griffith Uni, catch the FREE 139 bus to Nathan campus when available during semester time from Sunnybank Plaza). VERY frequent buses going into the city leaving approximately every 10 minutes or less during peak hour... it is approximately a 20 minute bus trip to the city.

4 weeks bond sent through to the RTA (Rental Tenancies Authority)is a requirement.
