1 x self-contained studio which includes master room, ensuite, 2 X desks, either two single beds or one king size bed, kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area which you do not share with anyone else. Available now.

The studio comes fully furnished with security grills. The Studio includes a bedroom with ensuites, lounge, dining, and modern FULLY equipped kitchen including crockery, saucepans refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher + more. All furnishings, top quality and include beds (two single or one double in bedroom), linen, kitchen appliances, wardrobes, desks, lamps, washing machine, iron + ironing board etc. TV and DVD player in lounge and bedroom area. Phone line available. Wireless Internet available. RENT INCLUDES ELECTRICITY (Air conditioning is user pays), water, garden maintenance. Very Frequent City Express Bus/Circle Line almost at door. 300m to Sunnybank Plaza shopping centre cinemas and restaurants. (If attending Griffith Uni, catch the FREE 139 bus to Nathan campus when available during semester time from Sunnybank Plaza).

4 weeks bond sent through to the RTA is a requirement.
