Fixes:
-The "Load Groups config at startup" option would happily load a group configuration,
  but there was no way to disable this other than manually editing the INI file.
 Now, select it again, but instead of selecting an IFG group file, click cancel, and it will no longer load any group at startup.
Additions:
-There is an option to interpolate between straight sections of borders,
  so the borders will follow lat/long lines correctly (as oziexplorer does)
 There is an option to select the detail.

 It was possible that duplicate folder names in different groups could overwrite
